First of all download pixellab from above download button and follow the below steps

• Open pixellab android app
• A New text will appear on the editing screen 
• Click on delete button on the top left and delete the text
• Now click on three dots on the top right

• Click on image size and choose YouTube channel banner
• On the fourth menu at bottom click on Colour and choose White colour
• Import the channel art template by clicking on From gallery
• Design your channel art under template
